Unlike some other tradespeople in this field, our starting point in tuning, repairing or restoring a piano is to preserve and where possible to improve the original qualities of each instrument. This is always done in consultation with you as the owner and client. Annual regular follow up service appointments as recommended by the manufacturer are available anytime usually within 2 weeks, but because of demand and limited storage space, we recommend to consider some more time ahead planning for more complex repair and restoration of a piano that is special to you.
